Osei, the Managing Partner at Crowe Veritas, is a Chartered Accountant with over thirty (30) years of public practice experience. He played a pivotal role as a founding partner at Ernst & Young Ghana and later served as a partner in the audit and assurance business services department. With expertise in staff training, Osei ensured that teams were equipped with the necessary skills to conduct diverse audit engagements in line with international standards.
Osei has managed audits of varying complexities conduced in accordance with International Standards on Auditing. His experience spans industry sectors including financial services, banking, manufacturing, mining/exploration, energy, oil and gas, hospitality, telecommunications, not-for- profit organizations, commerce, donor-funded projects, insurance and the public sector. He has vast experience in taxation including tax planning, corporate tax, tax advisory services and compliance.
Osei holds a B.Sc. (Honours) degree in Mathematics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and is a licensed member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana.
