Mary Asabea is a Lawyer, a certified Data Protection Supervisor and a Manager (Company Secretarial/Compliance/ Human Resources). She has more than ten (10) years extensive skills and experiences in company incorporation, corporate governance, company secretarial, regulatory compliance, business advisory, human resources management, global mobility services, company liquidation and general law practice. She also acts liaison between companies and statutory authorities.
To achieve excellence in her lines of duty, Mary has obtained a bachelor’s degree in (Economics & History) and a master’s degree in philosophy (History & Research) all from the University of Cape Coast. She also has a master’s degree (International Affairs & Diplomacy) from the University of Ghana, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and Barrister-at-Law from the Ghana School of Law.
Mary is committed to achieving excellence in her lines of duty through hard work, diligence and conscientiousness with the aim of preventing risks to clients where possible and mitigating against the risk where they occur.
