Answering ESG ratings, Ecovadis, CSR strategy (material issues, action plans and reporting)
After assessing the level of CSR maturity of the company, reviewed their CSR policies and structured the Ecovadis evaluation. IMPACT was ranked Gold and commited to a CSR action plan.
Structuring of CSR reporting indicators
Implementation of extra-financial indicators allowing to translate the results of the commitments taken. Suggestion of new indicators, elaboration of the reporting protocol.
Projects 2008 - 2018
Establishing a methodology to assess the carbon footprint of the company and helping them answering the CDP survey. (extra-financial rating agency). In 4 years the company went from 53C to the A list in 2018 (A- in 2019)
Project 2017 - 2018
Supporting the reduction of GHG emissions and Sustainable Metrics provided a review of sectorial practices in terms of policies and climate targets. We also identified the key performance indicators that apply to Groupe Bouygues Construction. Suggestion of new targets and establishment of a progress follow-up system in terms of GHG emissions.
Technical study providing GHG emission factors for construction wastes and particularly the recycling processes. It also provides the amount of avoided emissions when recycling construction wastes instead of extracting new materials.

Sustainable Metrics organises a project with the university on the topic of the perception of millennials on companies' CSR initiatives.

Baxter SAS France decided to report on CSR and to update its carbon footprint assessment. Sustainable Metrics was in charge of covering the extended perimeter with a focus on products' end-of-life.
