Richard Ma

Richard is a Chartered Accountant and Legal auditor and has over 15 years experience of audit and consulting assignments in international environments.

After 4 years in various firms, he joined RSA as a manager, became a partner and take responsibility for the “China Desk” service line to the accompaniment of Chinese companies in France.

With dual Chinese and French culture, Richard acquired a perfect knowledge of specific problems faced by Chinese investors in France: Chinese GAAP accounting, taxation, VAT, employment law rules applicable to foreign representatives and their staff, establishment of a business in France, legal formalities for setting up Chinese companies in France, acquisition audit.

Richard has led many consulting projects and tasks in collaboration with our RSA structure Corporate Finance to assist Chinese investors in their projects in France.
