Developed within Setec Group, Advizeo is a software developer and publisher of energy optimisation solution for tertiary sector buildings combined with consulting services. Advizeo has a turnover of around €4.5 million and employs around 53 people located in Paris (75).

FIEE, Bpifrance's fund dedicated to the energy and ecological transition, and Crédit Mutuel Equity have invested a total of €5m, and have put together a mixed team combining expertise in innovation and capital development.

With over 50 employees, Tournebize and Société Phocéenne De Transports Et Transit (SPTT) are known for their quality of service, knowledge of customs matters and long-standing client’s relationships. Both companies are certified Authorised Economic Operator (AEO).

These acquisitions mark a new structuring step in Customs Support's pan-European footprint. The Group has had little presence in France, where it intends to accelerate its development over the coming months, through external and organic growth.

Founded in 2015 and based in Marseille, this company has developed an electrically assisted bicycle equipped with an artificial intelligence. The technology allows to permanently manage the bike's propulsion and electrical consumption in order to optimize its autonomy. As a truly connected object, this smart bike contains various sensors that report on the user's profile and journey. Data that the cyclist can follow via a mobile application.

Founded in 1967, and based in Montreuil (93), Marteau is a key player with condominium and institutional managers in all types of buildings, as well as in all areas of façade treatment. Marteau, which has a team of nearly 60 employees, has achieved a turnover of nearly €25m by operating 12 Qualibat certifications (including RGE and EQF labels).

Through this acquisition, ACORUS is continuing to strengthen its position with condominium managers and is becoming a major player in the façade sector in the Paris region. ACORUS' turnover reached €150m in 2020.
