Crowe HAF has advised Les Echos - Le Parisien (LVMH) and Canal + in the acquisition of Mezzo from Lagardère and France Télévisions.
Created in 1998, Mezzo SA broadcasts two pay-TV channels (Mezzo and Mezzo live HD) dedicated to classical music, jazz and dance. Mezzo is present in 80 countries and received in 60 million homes.
With a portfolio of more than 700 programs, Mezzo achieved a turnover of more than €10m in 2018.
Crowe HAF has advised Etam Group in its acquisition of a stake in Ysé Paris, a lingerie and swimwear company.
Founded in 2012, Ysé sells its products via its commercial website and three boutiques in Paris and Lyon. Ysé is today a leading digital brand in France in the medium and high-end lingerie segment.
The Etam group (€938m in 2018) is thus strengthening its lingerie business by capitalizing on the development of a strong, innovative and digital brand.
Crowe HAF has advised Eiffel Investment Group in the subscription of €3m of convertible bonds issued by the Onefield group.
Onefield is a group that installs telecoms, IT equipment, electricity meters and charging stations founded in 2004 and taken over by Loïc Marie Pequignot in 2016.
The Onefield group is growing rapidly with revenues rising from €9m in 2016 to €33.5m in 2018. Onefield is present in France, Belgium and Morocco and aims for a turnover of €48m in 2019. The group has about 700 employees.
