Crowe HAF carried out the independent valuation as part of the
public squeeze‐out offer followed by a mandatory squeeze‐out
initiated by Technologies SAS and targeting Quotium's shares
SAS Technologies.
The offer followed the acquisition in early 2019 by Technologies
SAS of a block of shares in the capital of Quotium Technologies.
Quotium Technologies SAS is a software company listed on
compartment C of Euronext Paris. Quotium is specialized in the
development of software solutions to ensure the security and
proper operation of business applications throughout their
lifecycle, with Spitab, a software solution for data table
management, as its flagship product.
