Yohan Bonnet has extensive experience in Corporate Finance, Audit and Internal Control. He has also participated in numerous missions in various fields (internal audit, cost analysis).

After a career in banking, he joined Crowe HAF in 2012 as Senior Analyst Corporate Finance & Audit.

Professional Experience

In Corporate Finance, Yohan has participated in numerous valuation engagements. He specializes in the following areas: the fairness opinion in the context of financial operations, impairment test, purchase price allocation, contribution and merger audits, and valuation of financial instruments and management package.
 
As regards with audit and internal control, Yohan has carried out numerous audit assignments such as legal audit and internal control in various business sectors. His experience covers work at various stages of the audit and review of internal control and risk analysis.

Training Activity

Yohan is a professional speaker at the IAE Aix en Provence in the framework of international seminars on the subject of valuation for students in International Finance Master.
