Stéphane  Legrand

Stéphane Legrand began his career in 2000 in the field of auditing and transaction services at Constantin Associés, before joining Deloitte and then worked with mid-sized French Audit & Accounting firms. In 2017, he joined Crowe HAF as a director to strengthen the teams and support the development of audit and advisory practice.
Stéphane has worked on a variety of sizes and industries, including transportation, IT, telecoms, food wholesalers and auto parts retail.

Professional Experience

His auditing experience has led Stéphane to work with a diverse clientele, from Middle market corporations to listed companies, reporting under French Accounting standards and IFRS.
Stéphane has developed extensive expertise in internal control assignments, whether in the process review or in the implementation of procedures. In particular, he assisted numerous financial departments in improving accounting processes and the control environment, in particular for a distributor of automobile parts.

Stéphane participated in a large number of acquisition audits in very diversified sectors, on behalf of industrial or financial investors, allowing him to develop a structured methodological approach (understanding of business, flows, identification of key indicators of the performance).

Stéphane is also certified as an expert in business valuation by the CCEF, which allows him to support our valuation practice as well.
