Maxime Hazim has extensive experience in the areas of valuation, independent expertise and transaction services. He started his career in 2007 at Ernst & Young (EY) before joining Crowe HAF in 2011.
Maxime supports listed and private corporate clients as well as private equity funds and family offices.
Maxime also runs training courses on valuation topics at the University of Lyon II and at France Invest. He is involved in various professional bodies.

Professional Experience

Maxime has in-depth expertise in various valuation issues. He also specialises in fairness opinions in the context of public tender offers.

Maxime's experience also covers the following areas:

• Independent appraisal and fairness opinions in the context of financial transactions, tax or ESOP,
• Valuation of financial instruments and management packages,
• Contribution and merger audits,
• Complex financial modelling,
• Impairment tests and purchase price allocations.

Maxime also carries out due diligence engagements in various sectors and in particular in a cross-border context.
