David Kharoubi

French CPA Degree

David Kharoubi has 15 years experience in audit, transaction services and accounting & tax services.
He carries out transaction services for corporate clients and private equity funds. David also acts as Audit Senior Manager for a variety of clients and sectors reporting under IFRS or US GAAP, which has allowed him to gain a broad knowledge of organizations and the specific and general issues faced by clients.
David spent part of his career in Dublin where he was responsible for supporting French companies establishing themselves in Ireland, as part of a secondment program within the Crowe Global network. He participated in the creation of the "French desk" of our network, in Ireland.

Professional experience

With regard to auditing and accounting, David manages a varied clientele in all sectors, from medium-sized to listed companies, French standards, IFRS and US GAAP.

He has also developed advisory skills, notably through internal control engagements  and IFRS conversion projects.

David has also participated in several acquisition audits for cross-border transactions in various industry sectors. The understanding of the target's business model and its strategic positioning, the analysis of the financial performance and the analysis of the historical and forecast profitability as well as the assessment of the quality of the financial information are key to such engagements.
