Event details

With the election of President-elect Donald Trump, tax certainly will be center stage. Trump has pledged to extend most of the expiring provisions under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 (TCJA), but they aren’t the only tax issues that will be in the mix.

Other issues potentially at stake include:

  • Whether tax rates will be lowered
  • Whether the tax treatment of research and development expenses, business interest, and bonus depreciation will be rolled back
  • Whether increases in rates for international tax will go into effect
  • How the U.S. will respond to the changing international tax landscape

This webinar will review the shifting federal and international tax landscape and provide insights on techniques to navigate the uncertainty.
