If you do not receive your CPE certificate within 30 days please email CPE Processing with your name, program name and date, and a personal email address to request a replacement certificate.
- CPE hours may vary per location and based on final agenda.
- Certificates will only be sent to the email address provided at registration and will be issued in the name used at time of registration.
- All participants and Crowe professionals must sign-in on the sign-in sheet upon arrival. If lunch is being offered in the location you are attending, a second sign-in sheet may be passed around to confirm your attendance.
- CPE credit for Crowe professionals will be reflected in CPE Tracker within 30 business days of the event date.

Crowe LLP is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
