Las sociedades de Crowe en España ponen a su disposición información adicional concerniente al tratamiento de sus datos personales, tal y como establece el REGLAMENTO (UE) 2016/679 DEL PARLAMENTO EUROPEO Y DEL CONSEJO de 27 de abril de 2016 (RGPD) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales (LOPDGDD).

DATOS DEL RESPONSABLE:

Los responsables del tratamiento de sus datos personales son las sociedades de Crowe en España que se exponen a continuación, y de ahora en adelante (“Las Sociedades”):

¿CON QUÉ FINALIDAD TRATAMOS SUS DATOS PERSONALES?

Tratamos la información que nos facilitan los interesados en nuestros servicios para las siguientes finalidades:

1. Gestionar su solicitud de contacto.
2. Gestionar su candidatura.
3. Mantener un histórico de candidatos.
4. Asimismo, si lo autoriza, podremos remitirle comunicaciones relacionadas con nuestra actividad profesional, invitaciones para participar en eventos y otras actividades de marketing, newsletters y publicidad.
5. Desarrollar los procedimientos necesarios para llevar a cabo los servicios efectivamente contratados de Auditoría, Consultoría, Fiscal o de Legal y Tributario, para dar cumplimento a las obligaciones legales derivadas de los servicios.
6. En algunos casos podrán llevarse labores de segmentación. Podrán realizarse la segmentación o elaboración de perfiles con la finalidad de dirigir la publicidad a remitir. No se toman decisiones automatizadas en base a los perfiles. En ningún caso la segmentación o elaboración de perfiles que realizarán Crowe Accelera Management S.L, Crowe Legal y Tributario B&M S.L.P tendrá efectos jurídicos o significativos en el interesado.

¿POR CUÁNTO TIEMPO CONSERVAMOS SUS DATOS PERSONALES?

Los datos personales proporcionados se conservarán mientras sean necesarios para atender a las finalidades para las que, en cada caso, hayan sido recabados o generados y la persona interesada no solicite su supresión u oposición al tratamiento, pudiendo mantenerse no obstante conforme a los plazos legales de cumplimiento de obligaciones exigibles normativamente.

Asimismo, Las Sociedades llevan a cabo periódicamente un análisis de los periodos de conservación de los datos, eliminando los datos de oficio por considerar que la información haya quedado obsoleta o desactualizada.

¿CUÁL ES LA LEGITIMACIÓN PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE SUS DATOS?

La base legal para el tratamiento de sus datos se basa en el consentimiento otorgado al completar cualquiera de los formularios de contacto de la web, gestionada por Crowe Accelera Management S.L y Crowe Legal y Tributario B&M S.L.P, sin que en ningún caso la retirada del consentimiento para recibir las comunicaciones condicione el mantenimiento del consentimiento de la relación de los servicios y viceversa.

Por otra parte, la base legal para el tratamiento de sus datos se basa en el consentimiento otorgado para la ejecución del contrato.

No se cederán datos a terceros salvo en los casos en los que sea necesaria la gestión de sus datos para las finalidades indicadas o exista una obligación legal.

¿CUÁLES SON SUS DERECHOS CUANDO NOS FACILITA SUS DATOS?

Cualquier persona puede ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación, oposición, portabilidad, derecho al olvido y limitación del tratamiento previstos en la ley. Para ello puede dirigir una carta a Crowe Accelera Management S.L. o a Crowe Legal y Tributario B&M S.L.P. a la dirección en Avda. Diagonal 429, 5ª Planta, 08036 Barcelona, España o a través del correo dpo@crowe.es indicando el ejercicio que desea ejercer. Deberá acreditarse la identidad del solicitante acompañando fotocopia del DNI.

Asimismo, le informamos de que tiene derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de control competente, si considera que se ha producido algún tipo de vulneración en relación con el tratamiento de sus datos personales.

En el caso que se solicite la limitación del tratamiento de sus datos únicamente los conservaremos para el ejercicio o la defensa de reclamaciones y en los casos de oposición dejarán de tratarse los datos, salvo por motivos legítimos imperiosos, o el ejercicio o la defensa de posibles reclamaciones.

VALORAMOS SU COLABORACIÓN

RECEPCIÓN DE CURRÍCULUMS VITAE

En el caso de enviarnos su currículum vitae y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la normativa vigente, le informamos que sus datos se incorporarán a nuestros ficheros con la finalidad de disponer de su currículum para llevar a cabo procesos de selección de personal si su perfil profesional se ajusta a nuestras necesidades. Asimismo Ud. consiente expresamente que mantengamos sus datos personales de nuestros ficheros mientras no proceda a la cancelación de los mismos, entendiendo que continúa interesado en formar parte de procesos de selección de personal futuros. Con la finalidad de mantener actualizados nuestros ficheros de datos personales, rogamos nos comunique cualquier cambio o modificación que se produzca en los mismos.

No automated decisions are made on the basis of profiles. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The personal data provided will be kept as long as they are necessary to meet the purposes for which, in each case, have been collected or generated and the person concerned does not request their deletion or opposition to treatment, but may be kept in accordance with the legal deadlines for compliance with obligations required by law.

Likewise, The Companies periodically carry out an analysis of the periods of data conservation, eliminating the data ex officio when it is considered that the information has become obsolete or outdated.
