Wage deductions 2019

Every year, the key parameters for calculating wage deductions are changing. Also this year is bringing some changes effective from January 1, 2019.

The amount of normative housing costs increased to CZK 6,233, the living minimum is still CZK 3,410. The total of the sums increased to CZK 9,643, the basic non-recoverable amount per person is CZK 6,428.67 for this year and CZK 1,607.17 for other persons and the amount over which the rest of the net wage reduces without limitation rose to CZK 9,643.

In the coming months, however, there may be a change; in January, the government should negotiate an increase in the subsistence minimum with effect from 1 February 2019. We will keep you informed in the upcoming Crowe news issues.
