Labor Code and forthcoming changes

A new amendment to the Labor Code is being prepared.

The amendment should include a whole range of changes in the following areas - significant changes in a holiday field, creation of a shared place - labor institution, modified conditions for a temporary employee assigned to another employer, changes in the area of minimum wage valorisation, new conditions for work agreements, the change in the transfer of rights and obligations and the refinement of conditions, changes in the credit cards in the labor agreements and the marking of information on executions, as well as, for example, a stricter adjustment of the service of labor documents.

We will see whether this amendment will eventually pass or we will have to wait again.
