Jiří Šindelář, Head of Crowe Czech Tax Advisory
Jiří is a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisers of the Czech Republic and has more than 10 years of experience in tax consultancy gained in several Czech advisory companies in which he led due diligence projects as well as were involved in international tax restructuring.
Tomáš Uvíra, Head of Crowe Czech Audit
Tomáš has joined Crowe`s team in August 2020. He is accountable for audits of financial statements and consolidated financial statements, providing financial due diligence as well as other audit services such as internal audit, AUP, financial advisory.
Tomáš is a qualified statutory auditor at Chamber of Auditors of Czech Republic and has 9 years of experience in audit services gained mainly in Mazars where he was responsible for supervision and participating in international projects, internal audits, and due diligences.
Veronika Žáčková, Head of Crowe Czech Accounting
Veronika is responsible for managing the Accounting Department. She got promotion for the post of a Manager in June 2020. Previously for more than 9 years she was Accountant Team Leader in Crowe`s Brno office and was accountable mainly for comprehensive bookkeeping, financial reporting and keeping accounting standards.
Veronika graduated from University of Tomáš Bata in Zlín where she studied economics.
