Consolidation Package – Final Summary

The consolidation package 2024, also known as the recovery package, which was created mainly with a measure leading to a positive impact on the balance of the state budget, went through many amendments during its legislative development. At the same time, even after the entry into force of individual laws, there was some confusion regarding the interpretation of some changes. The aim of this article is, on the one hand, to summarize the essential areas of the entire package, and on the other hand, to supplement the information that, for example, was continuously refined by the financial administration at the beginning of the year.
