Gain valuable insights on bank compensation benchmarks and trends by participating in the annual Crowe bank compensation and benefits survey.

For more than 40 years, Crowe has conducted a comprehensive, annual survey of compensation-related practices in the banking industry. Our survey asks questions about salary and bonus benchmarks for more than 270 positions as well as information on benefits, incentives, director compensation, succession planning, and human resources practices.

Once collated and analyzed, the responses will be gathered into our report, which helps organizations benchmark their bank’s compensation practices against those of other similar banks.

Access our survey report to learn more about:

  • Salary trends and incentive payouts
  • Employee turnover and staffing levels
  • Hybrid and remote work
  • Age breakdowns of banking personnel
  • Board of directors compensation
  • Environmental, social, and corporate governance initiatives

Participants in the 2023 survey will receive a substantial discount on the survey report, which will be available in fall 2023.* Your responses will be confidential, and your company name will not be published in the survey report. You must complete the entire survey to be eligible for the report discount.
