Sergio Bascuñan

He has more than 30 years of experience in auditing financial statements and conducting special consulting projects both in the country and abroad. He is the partner responsible for the management of the firm's audit and management consulting services. He has made various consultancies to public and private entities, mainly oriented to assess business risk and to support in processes of buying and selling companies. He currently leads the IFRS Implementation Audit Group.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Rapporteur of technical accounting and auditing courses for the professionals of the Audit and Business Services Department of Horwath HB Auditores Consultores and for clients of the firm.
Professor in matters of auditing and accounting in important universities of the country.
