TORONTO, ON – March 1, 2020 - Crowe Soberman LLP has admitted Denise Batac as a Partner in the firm’s Tax Group, effective immediately.

Since joining Crowe Soberman in 2012, Denise has developed an in-depth expertise in personal and corporate tax planning. Denise enjoys the exposure to the different areas in the firm’s tax practice including estate and succession planning, corporate reorganizations and structuring, as well as cross-border compliance.
