David Silber

David is involved in all aspects of the firm’s tax practice, including both domestic and international matters. His professional expertise includes estate and trust planning, domestic tax, corporate tax planning and corporate reorganization and structuring. David works closely with clients from various sectors and industries. His client portfolio includes high-net-worth individuals, owner-managed companies, professional athletes, entrepreneurs and real estate developers/landlords. Frédéric Pansieri

Frédéric has extensive indirect tax, as well as corporate income tax experience at the federal level and in various provincial tax jurisdictions across Canada. A frequent author on articles pertaining to GST/HST and a member of the Crowe Horwath International VAT Steering Committee, Frédéric specializes in various areas of taxation including scientific research and experimental development (SR&ED), indirect taxes and cross-border tax issues. He also has extensive experience negotiating with tax auditors and handling day-today management of tax-related issues and compliance within a corporation.
