Begin with taking stock or inventory of your personal and financial digital assets. Compile and separate them into personal categories: Personal (emails, videos, medical records, customer loyalty memberships), Social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), Financial (bank documents and credit cards, tax documents), and Business (customer and vendor information, contact lists).
