Our 2018 Personal Income Tax Organizer is now available for download. This document is designed to assist you in gathering the reporting information and documents necessary for the preparation of your 2018 tax return.
Please note, the format of the organizer has changed from previous years. It is now in a fillable PDF designed to make the process both faster and customized to your particular needs. Please follow the following steps:
- Download and save the organizer to your device. Do not begin filling out the form prior to completing this step. Open your organizer in Adobe Acrobat. If you are using an older version of Adobe Reader, please download and use this version of the 2018 Organizer.
- Complete the applicable sections and collect your necessary documentation AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as we need time to prepare and process. The filing deadline is April 30, 2019.
- Be aware that additional questions/pages of the organizer will appear based on your selections. Ensure that all visible sections are completed and all documentation is provided and complete. Save the completed form.
- Please return the completed form to us via your secured client portal. Your completed form contains sensitive personal information, and as such, the client portal is the safest method of data exchange. Should you need assistance with set-up or access, please contact the partner in charge of your file, or his/her assistant. Click here to login.
Note that if you or your spouse carried on a business during the year, you have until June 15, 2019 to file your personal income tax return. However, you and your spouse’s tax liabilities are due on April 30, 2019.
