Starting a new position can be overwhelming. We’ve all been there. That’s why we want to share our on-boarding process at Crowe Soberman.
Your career at our firm begins with a customized orientation program that includes HR and firm policies, information technology, professional development, and technical learning pertaining to the specialty group you will be working with. You will be supported by an orientation coach, who is there to help ease your transition and answer any questions you may have. You will receive on-the-job training for your new role and regular feedback from managers and partners. Shadowing others in your department will also allow you to see live projects and processes in practice.
