Stephanie Pileggi joined Crowe Soberman in 2022. As a partner in the firm’s Professional Practice Group, Stephanie exhibits precision and a high standard of quality on every engagement she is involved with.

She began her career in 2009, providing audit and accounting services to both private and public companies. Stephanie delivered services to a wide-ranging clientele across multiple industries, including: manufacturing, consumer products, retail, wholesale and life sciences.

Stephanie has expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards, Canadian Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises, and Canadian Accounting Standards for Not-for-Profit Organizations.

Prior to joining Crowe Soberman LLP, Stephanie worked as a Senior Manager for a Big 4 professional services firm.

In her current role, Stephanie sets and oversees the Accounting and Assurance standards at the firm and performs quality control reviews of files and financial statements. She also manages and reviews the firm's policies and procedures regarding independence, conflict of interest and client acceptance.

Stephanie enjoys helping the practice solve challenging auditing and accounting issues by applying her knowledge and experience in both areas. She approaches difficult situations with an analytical mindset and a high degree of professionalism, understanding the needs of the practice and its clients.
