Nader Fadel is a Partner on the Audit & Advisory team at Crowe Soberman. He has ten years of experience working with the owner-managers of small to large private companies. He has expertise in audit and advisory, which includes assurance and compilations, corporate tax preparation, personal tax preparation, and due diligence assignments.

In his current role, Nader oversees and mentors staff on the preparation of various tax and assurance engagements. He has worked with a wide range of clients including retirement homes, pension plans, leasing, real estate, greenhouses, and information technology companies. Nader finds fulfillment in advising his clients on improving the operating effectiveness of their businesses and strategies to help them achieve their goals.

In addition to tax and assurance engagements, Nader also manages the financial due diligence group of the firm. Using skills developed from his audit and advisory experience, Nader assists prospective acquirers perform the financial due diligence of an acquiree. Nader strives to identify areas of financial risk to ensure his clients have the information necessary to make an informed decision of whether to acquire the business.

Nader was formerly the treasurer of Charlie’s Freewheels, a not-for-profit organization improving youth access to bicycles in Toronto.
