In his current role, Murtaza leads the IT functions and strategizes the technology at the firm. Murtaza is engaged in providing daily input to performance evaluations, coaching and counselling.

In 2014, Murtaza was awarded the Crowe Soberman Emotional Agility Superstar award recognizing staff for their hard work and diligence. Outside of the office, Murtaza enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and providing community services.
