Julie Zylberlicht joined Crowe Soberman in 2008, and currently works as a senior manager in the Valuations | Forensics | Litigation Support Group, with an audit background from her years at a mid-sized accounting firm in Montreal. As a senior manager in the group, she offers several specialties and is responsible for providing clients with a vast array of services.
While working at the firm, Julie has had the opportunity to work alongside a group of extremely smart and ambitious people, including some of the leaders in her field. This experience has been motivating to Julie and has enabled her to grow professionally by having the ability to experience variety in her work and the opportunity to collaborate with her legal counterparts and clients.
Julie provides sound counsel when advising clients and lawyers on business valuations, forensic accounting and loss quantifications. More specifically, she has gained extensive experience in the areas of matrimonial matters, shareholder and partnership disputes, corporate and commercial damage claims, corporate reorganizations, and other litigation support.
Julie obtained her Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McGill University in 2005 in the Honours in Accounting Program. She was accredited in 2008 as a chartered professional accountant, chartered accountant (CPA, CA), and in 2011 as a chartered business valuator (CBV). More recently, in 2014, Julie obtained her Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credential.
Julie enjoys teaching and learning from others both inside and outside of the office. She is the treasurer of the Dor L’dor chapter of the Canadian Hadassah Wizo organization and sits on committees and on the Board of Directors of Bialik Hebrew Day School.
