Irving is a Partner in the Audit and Advisory team at Crowe Soberman. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a small public accounting firm, assisting small owner-managed businesses and not-for-profits with their audit and assurance needs. He was responsible for corresponding with clients to address issues and keep financial information up-to-date.

Irving has over ten years of public accounting experience. Through this experience, he possesses strong audit and advisory technical skills, as well as sound knowledge of ASPE, ASNPO and IFRS. He has proficient knowledge of tax laws sufficient to provide tax advisory assistance and review corporate tax returns.

In his current role, he oversees assurance and compilation engagements. Irving enjoys his accounting career because it allows him to meet different people from different industries and solve a variety of problems. He is reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and never afraid to speak his mind.

Irving maintains positive client relationships with excellent communication skills. He is able to balance multiple projects and excel in a deadline-driven environment while working with clients during tax season.
