Fei (Fay) Xue is a Manager and Estate Administrator in Crowe Soberman's Corporate Recovery & Turnaround Group and is a qualified Insolvency Counsellor under the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy. She has been with Crowe Soberman's Corporate Recovery & Turnaround Group since 2005 and has over 19 years of experience in this field.

Fay is an expert in personal and corporate bankruptcies and insolvency estate banking. She has 19 years of expertise in personal bankruptcy and consumer proposal and has helped clients overcome their financial challenges.

She works closely with the firm's trustees on various insolvency matters, oversees internal and external reports, notices, and statements, and ensures that all staff follow statutory requirements.

Fay's collaborative approach is a key aspect of her work. She works closely with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, Canada Revenue Agency, Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Bankruptcy, fellow trustees, barristers and solicitors, creditors, and other stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive and effective approach to every case.

Outside of the office, Fay's passion for her work is palpable in her daily activities. Her love of reading, hiking, and travelling not only adds depth to her professional life but also shapes her into a person with a well-rounded and engaging personality.
