Eli Palachi, Partner in Audit & Advisory and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Crowe Soberman, plays a vital role in the firm’s growth and the success of its clients. Since joining in 2004, he has been a driving force behind strategic expansion, bringing a wealth of experience, insight, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. As a valued member of the Management Committee, Eli remains deeply dedicated to his clients' personal and financial success, fostering lasting relationships built on trust and guidance. In his role as COO, he leads key operational functions, ensuring the firm is well-positioned to support its people, clients, and future growth.

He has performed audits for privately-held businesses, public companies and has assisted in taking private companies public. Eli provides expertise in succession plan­ning, corporate financing and estates.
