David is Senior Manager at Crowe Soberman in the Indirect Tax Group and joined the firm in October 2022. As a chartered accountant with over 13 years of experience, David provides tax compliance and advisory services. In the last 3 years, David has focused on providing Canadian indirect tax (i.e., GST/HST, QST, PST) advisory and compliance services to both public and private organizations in information and communication technologies, healthcare, education, consumer business and real estate sectors.

David's experience includes mergers and acquisitions, business reorganization and divestments. He has worked on tax due diligence engagements consistently throughout his career as a tax consultant. These engagements involved targets in Nigeria, Canada, the UK, Spain, Sweden and Denmark.

David has delivered many tailored GST/HST training sessions to various Canadian Universities and other clients.

Prior to joining the firm, David worked at two Big 4 accounting firms in management and senior management positions. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

He is fluent in English and Yoruba language. David enjoys playing tennis and making music in his spare time.
