Daniela is a Human Resources Manager in the Tax Group at Crowe Soberman. She manages human capital and day-to-day operations for the Tax team. Some of her responsibilities include recruiting, creating and streamlining team processes, procurement of research tools, performance management, and scheduling and workflow management. Daniela is currently working towards her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.

Daniela enjoys working with clients on their various human resources needs. She enjoys the variety and complexity of her work and is committed to fostering positive relationships and contributing to the culture of the firm.
