The world of insolvency and restructuring has its perks. My favorite memory involves operating a honey farm in Saanich, BC. Whether it was feeding the bees, extracting/bottling the honey, making candles, or protecting the hives from bears – every aspect of that engagement was interesting. If you ever have the privilege of doing work at a honey farm, learn from my mistake and don’t wear dress shoes on your first day.
