Bobby Derakhshani 
With a commitment to building lasting relationships that last a lifetime, Bobby listens closely to his clients’ needs to ensure that he can provide sound and practical business advice. With a focus primarily in providing auditing and assurance, accounting, and tax services to owner-managed businesses, Bobby works with clients in a variety of sectors including incorporated professionals; retail; wholesale; manufacturing; and real estate.
Jonathan McNair
Jonathan is a Partner in Crowe MacKay’s Corporate Advisory and Restructuring Group specializing in advising business owners facing business and finance related issues. Jonathan has guided clients in various industries including technology and intellectual property, manufacturing, distribution, retail, real estate, forestry, and heavy construction. He has particular experience in the wine industry having overseen the restructuring of several wineries. Jonathan has the expertise required to assist clients as they navigate a range of issues from start- up financing to restructuring an unprofitable business; in short, he’s a problem solver.
Kynan McIntyre 
Kynan works with a range of clients providing tax and assurance services. He ensures his clients are getting value by helping them navigate various issues by providing timely and appropriate accounting solutions and guidance. Kynan works with Indigenous entities, privately-held businesses and non-profit organizations providing tax and auditing services. He has worked on audits for self-governing First Nations and has experience in corporate and personal tax.
