Working in the Vancouver office for over six years, Nelson is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee who has been involved in numerous corporate insolvency engagements across various industries. Specializing in consumer insolvency matters including, proposals under Division I and Division II of the BIA, as well as ordinary and summary administration bankruptcies, Nelson is passionate about finding creative solutions for insolvent corporations. Nelson credits Crowe MacKay's collaborative environment as the driving force behind his decision to grow his career with the firm. Outside the office, you will find Nelson hitting the slopes, spending many Winter weekends skiing through Whistler Blackcomb.

Since joining the firm in 2023, Brennen has brought extensive expertise in assurance, accounting, taxation, and advisory to the Kelowna office. With a passion for problem-solving and helping clients, Brennen's specialized experience in conducting audits for municipalities and privately held corporate groups—including those in oil & gas, automotive, and not-for-profit sectors—has made him an invaluable asset to Crowe MacKay. Motivated by his four children, Brennen set his sights on becoming a partner early in his career, driven by a desire to show his family that dedication and perseverance can turn any goal into reality. Outside of work and family time, you’ll often find Brennen on the rink, teaching and playing hockey.
After over eight years with the Whitehorse team, Kaitlyn proudly steps into the Partnership, driven by a commitment to inspire positive change within her office and across the firm. Drawn to Crowe MacKay's supportive culture, flexible work environment, and abundant opportunities for growth, Kaitlyn chose to build her career with the firm. Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and fostering meaningful relationships, she looks forward to strengthening her network and expanding her impact as she continues to grow her career. Outside the office, Kaitlyn enjoys traveling and exploring the beauty of the North with her loyal companion, her dog Copper.
