Srinivas leads Crowe MacKay LLP’s technology consulting practice which includes services around cyber security, system design and implementation, system improvements, and system transitions to the cloud. His competencies include: strategy development; technology delivery leadership; program and project management; risk analysis and management; business control development; business and functional requirement definition; operational assessment; and business process improvement.

Srinivas has more than 23 years of technology industry and consulting experience, working with senior management teams in developing operations and systems strategies; transforming core business operations and integrating technology solutions. His work has spanned industries such as real estate, power and utility, telecommunications, healthcare, manufacturing, banking and the public sector.
