Richard understands all the business challenges his clients face in building a successful business, as he has experienced all those same challenges while building a successful accounting firm over the last 20 years. Being a part of a growing business has allowed Richard to relate closely with his clients and help, mentor and advise them through whatever business issues they are facing. Both a strong leader and hard worker, Richard is dedicated to not only his client’s successes but also his staffs’. He is continually working to build and create opportunities for his staff members to support them in reaching their own professional goals within the firm

Richard has over 20 years of experience working with not for profit organizations and owner-managed businesses in a wide range of industries including medical and dental practices, and film and television. Prior to merging with Crowe MacKay LLP, Richard was the Managing Partner of TCG Chartered Professional Accountants LLP. Richard succeeded over a span of 17 years, to grow the original firm of 3, to a firm of over 25 which included 2 merger acquisitions before having his team merge with Crowe Mackay LLP on January 1, 2019.
