Richard has over 20 years of experience working with not for profit organizations and owner-managed businesses in a wide range of industries including medical and dental practices, and film and television. Prior to merging with Crowe MacKay LLP, Richard was the Managing Partner of TCG Chartered Professional Accountants LLP. Richard succeeded over a span of 17 years, to grow the original firm of 3, to a firm of over 25 which included 2 merger acquisitions before having his team merge with Crowe Mackay LLP on January 1, 2019.
