Erik Hoenisch

Erik has been a valued member of Crowe MacKay LLP since 2005, bringing over two decades of financial leadership and expertise to his role. He specializes in audit, accounting, and consulting services, with a particular focus on supporting Indigenous governments and corporations.

His approach is grounded in collaboration, integrity, and a deep understanding of the unique financial frameworks within Indigenous communities. Before joining Crowe MacKay, Erik spent 12 years in senior financial and management roles within Yukon’s utility sector.

This experience provided him with a strong foundation in operational finance, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance, skills he now leverages to deliver insightful, results-driven solutions to his clients. Erik’s ability to navigate complex financial environments and build lasting relationships makes him a trusted advisor across the region.
