Chad has over 20 years of experience between public accounting and private enterprises. His focus, for over 10 years, is on providing valuation and economic quantification reports both independently and in an advisory capacity. He has previously worked as a CFO, controller, accountant, auditor, consultant, and tax preparer. He provides independent expert reports and testimony for shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, personal injury and family law. Chad has assisted in mediation, arbitration, and prepared reports for court. Chad prepares valuations for a variety of tax issues including international asset transfers, freezes, estate planning, and other deemed disposition matters. He assists with fair value work for financial reporting purposes, including purchase price allocations, embedded derivative valuations, and intangible asset and goodwill impairment testing. Chad also assists both buyers and sellers of businesses with negotiations, pricing analysis, quality of earnings reports, and related services.
