Alena Christie

Alena joined Crowe MacKay in June of 2016 as the firm wide Human Resources Manager. She provides strategic development of Crowe MacKay’s human resources department across northern & western Canada. Recruitment and selection; strategic planning; employee relations;  performance management; mentorship; policy and procedure development and implementation; and general HR administration are key areas in which Alena oversees. Alena is excited to see the evolution of Crowe MacKay LLP as the firm continues to attract new talent.

Alena comes with over 10 years of experience at both an international accounting and advisory firm and high growth industry environments in a diverse range of industries including: engineering, business accelerator, services industries, and professional services. Alena is actively involved in the Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resources, and Joint Health & Safety committees, along with the Diversity & Inclusion Council within Crowe MacKay.
