We are pleased to announce the addition of two new partners to our firm, Mark Freedman, CPA auditor, CA, and Stephen D. Schecter, CPA auditor, CA.

Mark joins our firm with more than 30 years of experience serving owner managed enterprises and emerging growth entities. Mark has worked with private companies of all sizes in the technology, manufacturing, distribution, retail, electronics, textile, medical services, real estate, aviation, logistics and mining sectors. He acts as a business advisor to his clients and regularly assists them with complex personal and corporate planning issues, including financial planning, cash flow management, operational issues, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, wills, and succession planning. 

Stephen brings over 30 years of experience as a trusted financial advisor to entrepreneurial clients of various sizes. He excels in management consulting and optimizing audits, internal controls, tax planning, financial structures, and related advantages. He provides these services to organizations across a wide array of industries, including manufacturing, importing, distribution, wholesale, retail, manufacturing, real estate, service, professional, and technology industries.
