Position Profile:

As an Intermediate Auditor you would be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns in accordance with Firm standards for clients in a variety of businesses and non-profit enterprises
  • Assisting in conducting audits on small to medium sized organizations in a variety of industries
  • Provide accounting and tax compliance services to private clients for compilation and review engagements

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in commerce with a major in accounting and current or anticipated enrollment in a CPA program leading to the CPA Auditor designation
  • One to two years’ experience in a public accounting firm
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills (French and English)
  • Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Remain current and knowledgeable on trending topics in accounting and assurance
  • Highly motivated individual with a desire for growth
