Samuel Lecavalier, M. Sc. Fin., M. Tax, CPA joined the firm six years ago and since then, he has learned from and worked alongside “the best of the best”. Working as a Tax Specialist has provided him with the opportunity to specialize in flow-through shares, structural reorganization, cross-border structuring, and investment partnerships. He also takes pride in arranging the philanthropic donations of high net worth individuals so that their generosity has the utmost impact through a process known as planned giving. Now a Partner in Crowe BGK’s tax group, Sam provides tax advice on both domestic and international mergers.

Sam’s expertise in structuring partnerships for maximum efficiency has led him to working in a wealth of industries most never could, including massive real estate projects and the evolving world of cryptocurrency. On another note, his strong background in compliance has made him an integral cog in the Crowe BGK machine.
