Mickael Marchand

The Advisory department is co-led by Mickael Marchand, CPA who has over 12 years of experience in business advisory, transaction advisory services, corporate restructuring, corporate finance, and assurance.

Prior to joining Crowe BGK, Mickael started his career at a local national accounting firm, followed by a renowned international firm, where he acted as a trusted advisor to numerous corporations, investors, and financial institutions.

He has represented investors in several acquisitions and has developed a tried and tested expertise, allowing him to quickly identify value drivers and key deal issues, as well as providing valuable recommendations to his clients.

His involvement in multiple transactions, corporate restructurings and other financial consulting engagements has led him to gain a wealth of knowledge and skills which provide tremendous value to organizations looking to seize opportunities or facing challenges.

Mickael has experience in various industries such as retail, manufacturing, recycling, food, energy, transportation, distribution, entertainment, and technology.
