Marina Andrikopoulos joined Crowe BGK in 2023. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, with over six years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, Marina brings a wealth of expertise to her role, complemented by her studies in Human Resources and professional experience. Marina's journey in recruitment has been marked by a deep-seated passion for facilitating meaningful connections between talent and opportunity. She firmly believes that a job is more than just a job—it's a gateway to personal and professional fulfillment.

In her capacity as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Marina excels in building internal relationships with Partners and employees while orchestrating the full cycle of recruitment. Collaboration is central to Marina's approach—she collaborates with external agencies as needed and diligently builds pipelines of talent, particularly in specialized areas such as Assurance and Tax. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Marina is deeply committed to making a difference in her community. She has been a volunteer with CLSC de Parc-Extension, where she works in a stimulation group with young children who have learning disabilities such as autism. In this role, Marina works alongside psycho-educators and social workers to develop children's social skills in preparation for the school year. She leads activities such as singing, painting, and reading, emphasizing effective communication with young autistic children to enhance their interpersonal skills.
