Derek Silverman

Derek Silverman, CPA auditor joined Crowe BGK in 2001. He has grown his practice in areas like business consulting, financial planning, estate administration, and personal and corporate tax planning. He exemplifies a hands-on approach to his clients' business affairs, taking a strong interest in their businesses and success. He has helped many clients transition their businesses to the next generation.

Derek feels that it is very important to give back to the community by being involved in various local charitable institutions. He is a member of the board of directors and the treasurer of the Summit School. He is also on the board of directors of the Just For Kids Foundation, which raises funds for high-priority medical equipment for the Montreal Children's Hospital. He is a past treasurer of Congregation Beth Tikvah.
