Kendrick was previously Managing Partner of Grant Thornton Bahamas where he served as an Assurance and Forensic Partner for ten years. He developed and enhanced the internal audit function at the Securities Commission of The Bahamas and has managed several internal audit functions at other organizations, he also conducts external audits and led major forensic engagements and fraud investigations. He has written numerous articles on fraud and external audits as well as conducted training and presentations on a variety of topics.
Kendrick is a Past President of BICA (Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants) serving in that capacity from 2005 to 2007. Kendrick was awarded the Public Practice Accountant of the Year by BICA in 2011. He is a Life member and Past President of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. and a member of The Rotary Club of West Nassau.
