With over 30 years of experience in Audit and Assurance of ASX, private company, VAGO and Not-For-Profit engagements, Tim Fairclough has worked as an Audit Partner in three global accounting firms and also as a Senior Manager with a Big 4 firm. During that time, Tim led several multi-national engagements including a pilot assignment in Sarbanes-Oxley and US GAAP to IFRS conversion and seconded to both London and New Jersey.
Tim has expertise in auditing sectors of manufacturing, technology, engineering, automotive, professional services firms, sport and leisure, health, education and Government. With a passion for the Not-For-Profit sector, he also previously established Corporate Social Responsibility programs for his former firms.
